Christine Kuppens is a member of the Korn Ferry Talent Management and Leadership
Development Consulting Team, based in the Washington, D.C. area. Ms. Kuppens possesses over twenty years’ professional experience in talent strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, strategic account management and leadership roles. Her work includes leading client and account management for large, complex executive and professional recruitment programs, as well as, leadership development programs. She works seamlessly across the private and public sectors including client work in Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Cyber Security.
Ms. Kuppens also enjoys coaching leaders to accelerate their success through leadership transitions. Her coaching experience includes working with senior executives, high potentials preparing for the next level, and military leaders transitioning to private sector leadership
positions. She is certified in multiple 360° assessments, as well as, leadership potential, team, interview, learning agility and strategic effectiveness assessments.
Ms. Kuppens is an experienced account and client development leader adept at facilitating strategic and productive outcomes at all levels of the organization. Preceding her work at Korn Ferry, Ms. Kuppens was a senior executive in a variety of strategic programming roles in the entertainment sector including leadership roles at National Geographic Channel and Discovery
Ms. Kuppens holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and an Executive Organization Development certificate from Georgetown University. Additionally, she has served a three-year term with the Georgetown McDonough School of Business Alumni Advisory Council. Ms. Kuppens earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and political science from Boston College, summa cum laude.
