Aleksandra (Aleks) Trpkovska Stefanovska joined PwC in 2011, as a campus recruit from the Georgetown University MSB MBA Program. As a Manager in the People & Organization practice, Aleks focuses on Change Management and Communications. Since becoming a mom, 4 years ago, Aleks has taken on 3 internal rotation opportunities which have allowed her to enhance her human capital and further develop her data analytics and operational skillset.

Aleks has more than 17 years of professional experience across many industries: management consulting (PwC, Deloitte), education (Kaplan GMAT instructor), hospitality, not for profit, and retail. She have also served on two Boards of Directors for non-profits.

Aleks is a double-Hoya, having graduated with two degrees from Georgetown: a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Aleks has earned multiple certificates, as well as a Deans Award from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Aleks is passionate about education and life skills. Formally and informally, Aleks has mentored students for over 15 years, helping them get accepted to their dream schools. She also recently published a #1 Amazon Bestseller titled: “The Pain-Free Path To College: A Step-by-Step Guide to College Admission and Life Success.”

Aleks’ kids, Petar (4) and Anabella (1.5), keep Aleks focused and grounded in her purpose: “to support my clients and to create a life that is full of joy and success.”
